This community service program aimed to optimize the utilization of sugar palm (Arenga pinnata) as a local resource to support the economic development of the community in Awang Madia Hamlet, Giri Madia Village, West Lombok. The community faced several challenges, including the underutilization of sugar palm resources, limited knowledge of product diversification, packaging, and marketing, resulting in the low economic value of sugar palm-based products. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of observation, interviews, socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. The activities focused on enhancing the community's capacity to process sugar palm sap into value-added products, improving packaging techniques, and introducing more effective marketing strategies. The results demonstrated significant improvements in the community's knowledge and skills in processing sugar palm-based products, increased understanding of product packaging and marketing, and greater awareness of developing sustainable local resource-based enterprises. Therefore, optimizing the utilization of sugar palm has proven to increase the added value of local products while supporting higher community income and strengthening the community's economic independence
