This community service activity aimed to implement a Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)-based greening program through flower planting in the Banjar Dharma Santhi Area, Karang Majeti Hamlet, to improve environmental quality, enhance the aesthetic value of public spaces, and increase community awareness of environmental conservation. The program employed a participatory approach involving community members throughout the stages of planning, site survey and permit application, selection of flower seedlings, planting implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The selected plant species were kenanga (Cananga odorata) and bougainvillea (Bougainvillea sp.) due to their adaptability, ease of maintenance, ecological benefits, aesthetic appeal, and cultural significance for the local Hindu community. The results showed that all planned activities were successfully implemented, the planted seedlings adapted well to the surrounding environment, and the greening program improved the visual quality and ecological function of the Banjar area. In addition, the activity encouraged greater community participation in maintaining a clean, green, and sustainable environment. In conclusion, the implementation of the SDGs-based greening program effectively enhanced environmental quality while supporting the achievement of SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and SDG 15 (Life on Land) at the community level.
