Analisis Efektivitas Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dalam Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Hindu

This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of Artificial Intelligence in Hindu Religious Education learning, particularly in terms of learning motivation, conceptual understanding, and student engagement. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 21 students. The data were analyzed descriptively using percentages to identify response tendencies and were interpreted by relating them to learning theories and previous studies. The results showed that Artificial Intelligence had varying effects on different aspects of learning. It was found to be most effective in supporting conceptual understanding, especially in helping students understand materials and solve practical problems. However, its impact on learning motivation and student engagement remained moderate and did not show significant improvement. These findings indicated that Artificial Intelligence functioned more as a cognitive facilitator rather than as a driver of intrinsic motivation and emotional engagement. Therefore, its use should be integrated with the active role of educators to ensure that the learning process becomes more meaningful and value-based.
